abstract |
This study aims at closing this knowledge gap by contributing in
defining resistance epidemiology and mechanisms for above mentioned
pathogens in Tanzania. Helping to improve local infection control
and serve as guide to physicians on the choice of antimicrobial
treatment. this is a large longitudinal study in addition evaluating risk factors for antimicrobial resistance. the study is conducted in collaboration of the Swiss Tropical Health Institute and in stage of patient/sample recruitment |
