Brief description/objective
The objective is to establish telehealthcare as an integrated, web-based treatment network between patient, GP and hospital to optimise care for COPD patients according to the GOLD-guidelines, assisted by simple-to-use, network-based gadgets (via smartphone, tablet-PC or PC) for monitoring subjective and objective clinical parameters.
